The reason she dates so many men is that they doesn't have sex with them, so they leave her. Should be more of a condemnation of them then her.

In the show he hadn't yet married her. The whole series was him telling his kids how he was in love with robin for years, then he met their mom, and now that he had killed their mom he is free to mount a new concubine, and he chooses their aunt to be his new steed! Ultimately Ted ascends to the throne after murderind many women and children and raising an army of Columbia architecture students. *most of that stuff was in deleted scene that are on the DVDs. Long story short, don't pirate or you may miss a lot.
