in many south east asian countries, women do not have equal rights. But in many western countries where they do, men and women do not have the same treatments. I have to say this post is true, as a woman can exploit her gender role to earn privileged treatments. However, i am a feminist(keep reading) because there are so many teenage girls struggling to find their place, and feminism is what we use to show our support each other. I chose to be one to support my fellow peers but NOT to downgrade the other sex. Feminism is like a religon, some people choose to believe it purely for support and others will abuse their rights with it. Although i am a feminsit, sometimes i do think it gets too extreme and is not fair for men. If one day female becomes superior to male, i would not say the feminists have won, because this isnt what we were fighting for. Many people only think its fair when they have the upper hand. Sorry if this is long, i just wanted to express my opinion<3.
