For those curious (though it has already been mentioned, most likely), this is the Bearded Vulture (Gypaetus barbatus), found across Africa, Europe and some parts of Asia (mostly India and Tibet).
Fun fact: The Greek playwright Aeschylus was killed in in the 5th century B.C.E when a tortoise was dropped on his head from the sky. It is possible that it was one of these vultures, mistaking his bald head for a rock on which to smash open the tortoise's shell.
