I'm just not sure how this would be enforceable. You would just be nagging him to "pay you" instead of nagging him to do something else. When I was a kid I was so stubborn I know I would find a way to call her bluff and make her feel like even more helpless. Terrible I know but she had 13 years to raise him better.
