Voldemort himself had to kill Harry, except it wouldn't kill Harry, but the horcrux . It had to be a suicide by Voldemort otherwise both Harry and the horcrux would have died.

Rather useless in space with artificial gravity. No brakes on spaceships, only reverse throttle, and no one expects to be in an interstellar fender-bender.
