DO NOT DO THIS. If a customer asks for diet, give them diet. Same goes for any instance in which a customer specifically requests a particular product, such as soy milk in a latte, or "peanut free" donuts. You DO NOT KNOW what ramifications serving them the wrong item may have. You do not know why the person is asking for diet, and "skinny bitch" or not, I would appreciate it if you didn't put me in the hospital just because you think my beverage choice is pretentious, or because you resent me for having a certain body type.
