Obama won Ohio with fewer votes than John Kerry got when he lost Ohio. The difference--people who would've voted Republican stayed home.

I think the real problem is people noisily gathering things and running out the door when the teacher was in mid-sentence as the bell sounded. A few seconds of courtesy would go a long way.
