The people of Flint, MI did not ask for this contaminated water. They are asking for clean water to drink, cook in, and bathe in. So far, Michigan's governor couldn't give two cents to the problem. Water tastes funny? That's just the added flavor. Water gives you rashes? Get to know your body more. Water is stunting your child's mental development? Think of it as getting your child out of the poor schools and into a better special education school. The citizens of Flint are asking for donations (monetary and bottled water) because of inaction from the elected officials in the state capital. The government is all "We COULD fix the problem NOW or we could WAIT until May when we have the legislatures back in session and vote on possibly funding this 'Act of God'."
