I never got the whole "I hate people and want them to hate me" thing. I love people, they're interesting and complex. Like you said, some are dicks but most of them aren't half bad.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure she's talking about coercion. That or consent from someone not capable of consent, i.e. impaired or underage.
