Oops. Nix the apostrophe in bananas. Since I have a degree in English I just had to correct that or they might take it away. lol

Put the banana's in the fridge. The outside will get spotty/dark but the inside stays perfect for a good while. I mush bananas. Also once it gets really ripe. Peel and stick in freezer bag and toss into freezer to use to make banana bread at later date.
