I want to know what the teachers reaction was! The way I'm imaging it there are mainly three possible reactions. The teacher is obviously super uncomfortable having to tell the girl it's sperm, the teacher thinks it's funny and maybe makes a joke, or the teacher inadvertently insinuates the girls a slut.
