Everyone is entitled to their opinion but most of the people who say it's dumb/stupid/retarded are the ones who do not have any or have one that they think was done by God himself. The truth is they picked the design to go on their body. They are all beautiful. they went with the black work for their own reason. Do not be like the older generation and go "oh these darn kids with their crazy hair color and tattoos" and whatnot. You're better than that. Appreciate it for what it is
