In my opinion, being a teacher is a socially responsible job, because when he does will affect the next generation a lot. We shall not be an "asshole" to teachers, nor shall we be irrespective to them. However, it is a sin if they are incapable to teach well. Yes it is a sin. If it is just an ordinary job they are perfectly fine to be incapable. But since it is a socially responsible job if they are incapable and still take the job and ruin the next generation, they are having sin for this.
