I'm pretty sure that's a human male, and not a grill. Though, those grills can be super crafty, so we have to stay alert at all times. Look for the watning signs.

In this instance, they're referring to file size, so KB. I feel like you already are aware of that as most people wouldn't even know there is a difference in order to ask the question.

The quote was "I don't think Ivanka would do that inside the magazine. Although she does have a very nice figure. I've said that if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I would be dating her." When asked if she would pose for playboy. He didn't compliment her brains and personality, he was strictly discussing her "figure" in the quote, for those attempting to justify the level of creepy. He was objectifying his own daughter just like any other woman.

Vegan coffee 4 comments
guest · 8 years ago
Coffee by default should be vegan as long as you don't add any dairy, marshmallows, or like meat...most people don't put meat in their coffee though. This does not look vegan unless the milk/cream they were using was non-dairy, I believe that the point was they "planted a tree" with the coffee. I'm a buzzkill, but not a vegan.

Guys.... What the hell did just read? 6 comments

Yeah I've seen this about 30 times all by different people in different formats. I find it kind of annoying when someone tries to take credit for something as if it was their original idea. It's also kind of pathetic because it is horribly obvious. If you wanna share great, but credit whatever source it came from. I'm not referring to the person who posted this image here on funsubstance, they're obviously just sharing something they found funny, and not as if it is their own.

When you're new to blackmailing 19 comments
guest · 8 years ago
Not that there is a direct correlation, but something makes me feel like someone willing to blackmail someone for $200 probably doesn't have enough money in their account for that transaction nor a line of credit that size, but could be completely wrong.

DC fans urge to shut down rotten tomatoes 14 comments
guest · 8 years ago
Yes, they simply collect reviews from critics who work for various other organizations and then determine whether they're positive or negative. They then use that to create a general consensus score. I'm not sure why people don't get the concept. Why would one site have a ton of different critics to review the same movie? It doesn't make sense and due to the incredible bias would destroy any credibility the site has.

No. It is not about drugs. The meaning of the song can be summed up best by the opening lyrics: "How can you see into my eyes like open doors" It was inspired by the lead singer's now-husband. At the time she was in a really crappy place, and despite trying her best to act and say she was fine, thinking she had everyone fooled, he questioned it and it made an impact on her.

Adding an apostrophe doesn't make it plural, it makes it possessive. All they had to do was NOT add the apostrophe. I'm sorry, I need help.

If I ever get married 17 comments
guest · 8 years ago
This doesn't surprise me, but I've never really thought about it. If you get married all eyes on you the entire night, people are coming up to you, expecting you to speak or dance, etc. When do you really have time to eat or feel comfortable to do so? Funny though.

I don't do that. However I do make fun of people who make obvious typos such as "Englsih" in a post about languages. We all have spell check. I had to force my phone not to correct that just now. Proofreading has never hurt anyone.

Personally, and this is just me...I think it tastes like crap, even though other people try to convince me it's good or use my favorite line "You can't even taste the alcohol in this one!" Yes. Yes I can. I always do. I also think it's expensive and if I'm gonna waste money I'd rather do it on something else. I think we should just let people do what they want without pressuring them.

"The waiter had a strange feeling on his face after the tip." This would indicate that the waiter physically feels something on his face. The word you're looking for instead of "feeling" is either "look" or "expression." Even then, the sentence still sounds clunky. Also, as charitable as Bill Gates is I doubt he'd leave such a small gratuity, but I get the moral of the story. I'm just someone with too much time to nitpick.
