The difference is that in Obamas case(or bush for that matter) the representatives had knowledge of the programm and the wiretapping. So while morally questionable it wasn´t technically illegal.

Idiots like this girl are the reason women that really were raped have to endure a series of questions forcing them to re-live the actual incident to ensure they`re telling the truth. She should have to face serious consequences for this comment.
