I had a black racer idling across my yard when my cat, Hobbes, discovered it. He was following it so intently I was worried he might decide to attack it. Being more concerned with him harming the snake than the snake him, I unthinkingly went to pick him up. You can see where this is going can't you? Yep, Hobbes turned into a mini-tornado of teeth and claws. Shredded me from elbows to fingertips. I dropped Hobbes and he went right back to the snake. So, of course, not learning my lesson the first time, I had to go and try to pick him up again.

Given what he had to work with, this is a great picture. Slightly off center, good depth of field, no hard shadows, the wall adds a different texture and the dark green shrubs in the background offset the foreground. Good composition.

I saw on consumer reports the other day that Betty Crocker chocolate frosting straight out of the can is better for you than nutella.

A middle aged man driving a sports car must also attempt to go well over the speed limit. I got caught behind some idiot driving a hot rod camaro with eye candy in the passenger seat doing 30 in a 45 zone with something like 30 cars behind him, all honking. Talk about pissed off.

I may be dating myself but anyone else hear that little old lady's voice from the audience in Running Man - "ooh, that's a toughy......I choose Ben Richards."

This is Stonehenge level alignment. Once a year at a specific time. How long did it take you to figure this out?

Same guest here. Actually, I have read the books. I own a copy of every one as well as the leather bound collector's edition. Forgot that was the actual line, had to flip through the restaurant at the end of the universe until I found it. My sincerest apologies.

Trust me, by the time you hit that stage, that's the last thing you are concerned about.

Bush ran the country into the ground and handed that total mess to Obama, who's busted his ass to fix it with the republicans fighting him every inch of the way.

Naturally, you're going to cherry pick the best pieces, Then they are nailed/screwed to the subfloor (sheathing/plywood laid down on the joists first) so there should not be any trouble.

Why are you using the scrubbing side of the sponge on a non-stick surface? That's all sorts of bad news.

Pick the year I die - 4016; after a couple thousand years I figure I've probably seen and done it all and am ready to move on.
