Done in a similar art style? Yes? Have the same faces? No. Just...just no. Unless you're SERIOUSLY generalizing here, there are enough differences in the size and shape of their features to tell them apart regardless color.

I used to do the whole butterbreadsprinkles thing all the time as a little kid. Had no idea it was an actual thing other people did (or that there was an actual name for it ) until I got older.
Also, the reason we Americans like to deep-fry so many things is because so many things taste good when deep fried.
