He's not asking for "sex every day,," he's asking every day for sex because the answer most days is "No." He presented this in a pretty bad way, but I get that he's frustrated and trying to shock her into the realization that he's attracted to her. Pissed off though she is, she'd be angrier if at some point he just decided not to let himself be attracted to her any more.
Also, as big a jerk as he is for making the spreadsheet and presenting it to her in that way, it's still less obnoxious than making that spreadsheet and the issue public on the internet.

School *tried* to teach you math, reading comprehension, how to follow directions, how to complete something by following a process even if each individual step didn't make sense by itself or reach an answer as a stand-alone step...
School also didn't teach students how to Tweet or use every function on their phones, but they seemed to have figurered that out without being instructed by school.
