I knew a family that moved to Mexico and sent their daughter to a private school, in which she was really exceeding, so the school moved her up a grade. A few years later, they moved to another country, and signed her up to another private school, but she wasn't accepted because she had skipped a grade. Long story short, her parents sued the Mexico school. But it went south and the schools lawyers turned the case around, and they both ended up serving time in jail, (like a month) and the girl had to go to a cheaper school the rest of her life
