Which is devastating and takes years to recover from. Been there. Still am there. We just gotta keep chugging and remind ourselves that failure is an inevitable lesson and we can learn to do better. Even when it feels like shit.

Eating like shit does not help. It is not an antidepressant. Yes, everyone who suffers has different needs and a lot of the time eating at all (or doing anything) is extremely difficult but this does not replace things that can actually help.
