Dang, brothers got an OG grille. Bet the ladies were impressed. Bet he had a really cool nickname, something like thugtalica. Look at how the dentist carved the bone into a smooth cresent. Wish my dentist had done the same for my denture. I've got a bone spike that fucked-up an otherwise fine job.
