What is the most important thing for the situation: to get the job done, or to provide lucrative jobs for union employees and generous kickbacks from construction people to the government bureaucrat who assigns the jobs?

Dr_richard...those two girls may THINK they're prepared to be mothers, but the reality of being a parent is far from what you expect. I went into that "adventure" with my eyes open, and I have to say, thinking or imagining what it will be like falls far short of the reality of experiencing it. You students post memes about classes/finals/social-life/work keeps you from getting sleep or missing out on stuff...wait 'til there's an entity that relies on you for 100% of its life support, gets sick and is up all night, and can't be put on hold for even five minutes to take a dump in peace.
