But if she is fighting her illness and happy and kind then her soul's beauty could evenly match aesthetic beauty, so it can be said that she is "as beautiful" as the girl on the right. It seems to me that the context suggests level of beauty rather than manner of beauty. It can also be said that aesthetically, the one on the right isn't that beautiful. Not being a hater, just stating my opinion.
