Capaldi is easily the worst Doctor. Also, after the previous truly epic and intricate storylines, as well as fantastic chemistry between the Doctor and companions, Capaldi's seasons are a huge letdown. I used to really enjoy the show, but now I only watch it so that I don't have a ton to catch up when they finally kill off Capaldi, which hopefully they do before it's run into the ground and cancelled (maybe too late).

It should have immediately been put in the trash pile, because that is not an appropriate way to start a college application. There is a time and a place for everything, and a college application is neither of those things for that type of statement.
