There was actually a lawsuit against a gun manufacturer over lack of gun safety. Some idiot was shooting a gun, took the magazine out, pointed the gun at his friend, pulled the trigger, and was shocked when the gun fired and killed his friend. He seriously didn't think the gun would fire without the magazine. His mom didn't think the gun should have fired either and sued the gun manufacturer for wrongful death. You could follow basic gun safety or just do whatever you want, then sue someone.
