Where i grew up we had a "turn of death", a bend in an alley with a cross on almost every tree because there were so many fatal accidents. Guess at one point it started to dare the kiddos to see just how fast they could take it... I suggest mandatory safe driving trainings instead with each vehicle you register to raise risk awareness/ show where it starts slipping out of control and what to do in that case. Also: just watch the fucking road instead of onboard entertainment/ smartphones/ your babbling passengers (and dont be afraid to tell them to shut the hell up because you need to concentrate).
