Historically, astronauts have always worn nappies/diapers. If you have to do repair work outside the space craft, or if you are going exploring, you can't just keep going back inside to go to the bathroom - it'd be a waste of time and oxygen.

It totally was a real one. I ordered a bunch of cards off them. That's sad that they don't exist anymore.

Easier said than done. Some people never ever learn their self worth. For some people, what comes easily to others is the most difficult thing they ever try to do, even when they are giving it their all.

But they probably did the very best that they could to learn to love themselves. They couldn't have done better with what resources they had. It is a really fucking difficult job.

Actually this would be fluorescent - glows in the presence of UV light. Phosphorescence has a longer timescale of 'glowing' and it takes a while to begin after being exposed to radiation, as well as continuing to glow long after.

Even thinning them out by banishing them is pretty terrifying, and a scummy thing for a friend and leader to do.
