In Ireland it would be fixed quickly enough but something would have been left out or ignored so it would have to be fixed again and again and again.......

DID YOU KNOW! They were originally going to make a halo movie. But at the last second they decided to put the funding tho district 9 instead. I loved this movie but still would have liked to see a live action halo movie

The problem isn’t that he asked a question to experts, which is generally a good thing to do, but rather that he asked a question during a nationwide speech on how to deal with the corona virus. In a Situation like this People expect him to be briefed about the newest information and tell what he intends to do.
While he is not responsible for people drinking disinfectants, he is responsible for not checking beforehand if this works and giving people the idea that this may be a treatment
