I tolerate spiders in the house - if I don't see 'em I don't kill 'em. Outside.... they can do what they want, just so long as I can open my doors and windows.
I once ate a live spider - riding a trail bike(motorcycle) my friend yelled something at me. I turned my head and quickly yelled back "What!?!" when I turned back my mouth was still finishing the 'what'. I swallowed a spider that hit my mouth as I turned my head to the front.
Didn't even taste the damn thing.
But . . .
It DID squirm ALL the way down to my stomach - and I felt ever little leg twitch as it went down.
