Ok again. The guy takes poison to kill the lidle kids like the girl in the background, than u can see he had some knives under his tabel in a box, i think he used them to take out the organs to make candy with them. In the background u can see children corpses in jars. In these jars is alcohol to preserve the bodys. He than mumificate them and turn them into Mannequins. Like u can see in the backround (the big Mannequin with the distraught mask, in the store window are some of thems on a wooden bar and a Mannequinn is on closed). So the corpses int the jars are these children are not ready to be Mannequins because he didn't need them now and want to storage them because these are children he finds cute or something like that. I think he didn't kill all children who came in there but these he likes. And these kids he didn't kill he gives them candy made with organs.
