I’m confused. These edits are just skinnier versions of the original women. Disney doesn’t want all thin woman with perfect features. Amid the characters and stories, there is an attempt at portraying a bit of reality. Real characters and people. With big butts and crazy hair and relatable family issues (the common father daughter feuds like Ariel/king triton, jasmine/the sultan, Mulan, etc. Also death in the family and loss - um nearly every Disney movie), and as always, the controversial love stories (beauty and the beast, Aladdin, Tangled, etc). These characters are to be portrayed as humanly relatable. Not cookie cutter versions of eacother.
