By the logic of the second girl, all forms of flirtation are sexual harassment. I guess I can understand this logic from an a-sexual person, but other than that it really seems as if this girl ( by her own logic) is the only one allowed to harass others.

So are you a-sexual? Or are you the only one who's allowed to harass others?
" Without provocation". By the logic of the second girl it means " do not flirt with me unless I flirt with you first" however, by the second girl logic, all forms of flirting are sexual harassment.
Seems a bit rigged.
