Sorry friends, irony implies the opposite. If those bikes had a "Stand up!" Logo on them, then it'd be irony. Now I'll hit you with a dictionary definition: "the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect." No opposite is implied in this picture, it's not ironic.
