Or look up the "Redpill documentary" and the reaction to it espacially in australia. Then you know what happens if they try to change something relatet to men.

The reverse does not apply. Since a fuckton of countries have laws which make it illegal to pay someone less if that person has the same qualification as someone else. So if you are female or an apache with an b.sc. in biotech +1year work exp. then the company has to pay you the same as a male counterpart. But if you work only 50% OR without overtime then you can not expect to have the same salary as an another person. The model-example is btw the same as with actors. If you are less popular or in demand than an another imp then you have a smaler paycheck.
