Actually evidence has shown that babies prefer the race they are constantly surrounded by, and those who look different are unfamiliar or foreign. Look up 'is your baby racist time magazine'

Well there's no way that anti bullying laws are bad. It's like racism in this country. There's a little chance we'll be completely rid of it but that doesn't mean it's not worth trying. That being said a combination of government and community involvement as well as parenting is needed.
