My god i remember seeing this post like half a year ago and people arguing which part of the body it was (someone thought it was the person's side, like ???). Guys it's the back - the person is sitting (look at the legs at the edge of the picture) and slouching forward a bit. It only looks like a stomach because of the fat on the sides.

It's all about the energy someone has and children are very perceptive to this. If they feel someone means them well and especially if they can't get a kind of comfort they need at the moment from someone they know (parent) they will seek it in others and accept comfort from strangers.
