Idk man. If someone wants to kiss and hug their partner let them be. And I feel like the tweet might just be a bit exagerated to show that her new man is genuinly happy to see her at work. I kiss my partner on the cheek when I see them. Nothing wrong with that. It's not like they're claiming they're gonna have a mad make out session in front of everyone.
