As someone that's worked retail their entire career they both have their own issues.
Baby boomers are a mixed bag. They're either really nice or think you don't know anything and are entitled. No, you don't deserve a discount because you have extra wrinkles.
Millenials anyone else under the age of 20 will harass you for no reason, yell and say blatant obscenities to try and look cool. Many of them are also straight up dumb. For example, I work for a business that sells lightsabers that you can spar with - most of the teens and young adults truly believe they are real lightsabers that shoot out a laser beam that can cut things.
