Ok it’s going to sound obvious but you’re probably not with the right people, i was in this situation too A LOT (And sometime I still am if i’m not with my friends) but let me tell you when you find somebody that actually listens you will want talk a lot (People say I don’t talk much either but that’s because i stopped trying around them) i can tell those people are rare so I guess you gotta be lucky
