What if your attached forces their way through the door? Also people raped people when we all wore like 15000 layers and collars up to our chins. Also women DO protect themselves, but we are still attacked. Clearly protecting ourselves isn’t doing enough, and at the very least teaching others to be better helps. (Note: men are attacked too, though they usually don’t go through as many precautions. Also men are attacked less despite these fewer precautions, just fyi)
Get a grip girl and enter reality. There’s nothing you can do ‘better’ to protect yourself from being assaulted. Putting the onus on victims for not protecting themselves enough doesn’t work. Only prosecuting the guilty does.

I believe I read an article saying he called out someone trombone Hollywood who either assaulted him or someone else he knew, and was blacklisted because of it. Basically got his career ruined for trying to defend himself
