When I was a kid I had to wear braces, (I had a few crooked teeth), and glasses! It was awful the way other kids treated me in school. Calling me a four-eyed beaver, brace-face, etc. Basically, any mean, cruel things they could think of. Kids are very cruel sometimes. Especially when you're the shortest person in class with both glasses and braces. I've had problems with my teeth all my life. I can remember my 1st dental visit when I was 3 or 4. It didn't go so well, I fought back and got spanked later for doing so. So I learned to sit on my hands. Also, my wisdom teeth grew in facing forwards, trying to push all the other teeth forwards. They had to be surgically removed, and it was very painful. But, what those kids didn't know, what I didn't even know myself at the time, was that when I grew up I would be gorgeous. I'm not bragging. I really didn't know, not until I looked at a bunch of old pictures. I wish someone had told me so that I could've enjoyed it while it was happening.
