That’s a quote from Iron Man 3. If Brie Larson had quoted Captain Marvel, you would’ve been even more salty.

So only the zealots on the left are taxing your views? You were cool with the zealots on the right, but the ones on the left are just a straw too far for you?

I love the way she casually washes her paw at the end like, “yeah, I did that.”

Charles Dickens said something similar, but he also tried to bring about social change through his writing and he was also involved with charities.

It’s a great point. Also, fuck the OP for saying people are spreading bullshit. Enough people have already explained why satire is in danger and provided evidence of certain content that should be protected already being removed.

Sure, sure...
However, there is the letter of the law and the spirit of the agreement... but then there is the interperatation and enforcement of that interperatation. Do you really trust the government to follow through justly? Any of them?
Do you think they won't still come down with an unjust hammer of supposed justice that verges on oppression that will force the innocent to nearly sell their soul to defend theirselves?
What really happens when old people legislate on matters they don't understand?
I got news for you.

So many Americans here that can’t comprehend giving up their precious guns. We get it: you’d rather see more children killed than any legislation. After Sandy Hook, it’s clear that you don’t mind small children being murdered as it’s a small price to pay to keep your guns.

To the people complaining: Sikh regiments have been helping the British since 1846. Some of the earliest pictures show Sikhs wearing turbans. He's respecting traditions, so grow the fuck up. My grandfather (a RAF engineer) respected them and seems to have served with them (unfortunately, I cannot ask him now). One of my earliest memories of my grandparents' house is of a painting of a Sikh man wearing a turban and my grandfather also had a kirpan hanging on the wall. Keep in mind that my grandparents were Christians.

I didn't even notice that at first. It should be: "Tea makes everything better".

I seriously doubt that everyone studied gender studies. How popular can it be? Also, your comment seemed to prove the point of the text.

And the best part? (I use that term loosely), we also invented concentration camps (originally refugee camps).

I go shopping with my wife for all of my daughter's presents. This year I also wrapped all of my daughter's Christmas presents so that my wife would have less to do.

I'm guessing that the videos that we've seen online of packages being stolen are the exception rather than the rule? I imagine (and hope) that few people have anything stolen.

The height obsession seems to be a US phenomenon: I can't say that I've noticed it in any other country.
