I'm not really sure what's happening here but I believe they're NIKE's supplier, just like Foxconn as Apple's supplier. Again, I don't how much NIKE pay their supplier for each pair of shoes, maybe enough, or maybe not. What I'm trying to say is, it could've been the supplier's fault for not paying them enough. Or maybe I'm wrong.
