i used to get in trouble all the time if i didnt stand and do the pledge, by teachers mainly. It wasnt like i was talking or doing anything bad during it, i sat respectfully quite while the other children did it, and when it was over i read my book. But still i got introuble for it. Rude :P

UHHHMMMM, pretty sure the doctors are just trying to make sure both you and your baby live and there are as little complications as possible, also they might be rushed. This is just stupid and being over sensitive in my opinion.
