i am so petty about that stick. i intentionally never use it and nonchalantly watch people before or after me panickly notice it's missing and then angrily shove it between their food and mine. free comedy every time. :D

Memento and Identity are not that well-known, especially by the younger people (Memento was released in 2001, Identity in 2003), but they are mind-blowing. Memento is incredibly well built, and Identity has really clever plot twists up its sleeve. Highly recommended.

Who the fuck works a second job because they want to? Whose dream is it to deliver pizza (not shitting on you guys: I love pizza and you, the bringers of pizza). It's well known that the pay for teachers in the US is awful. The mental gymnastics performed by people in the US to justify this is astounding.

I read the story, she got an anonymous text the night before the wedding with screen shots from months to just days before the wedding between her fiancé and another woman. Instead of cancelling she walked down the aisle and read the texts and as he left she told the guests that the party will continue and that it was a celebration of honesty and finding true love

Doing it in front of his family and friends would probably have made them feel as surprised, hurt, and betrayed as she probably felt. He violated her trust. I imagine she wondered ‘who is this man who I thought knew’ and wanted others to feel the same way about him, too. Revenge is a dish best served cold. But it’s even better when broadcast in front of a live studio audience.
