I don't see a difference. Wear what you want and feel beautiful while doing it. If a short skirt makes you feel sexy where the short skirt, if a long flowy dress makes you feel sexy wear the long flowlg dress. And ifyyou can't wear it the way it is, tailor to the way you want it. In the end it matters what you like and want to wear.
