I see this so often...someone or a couple people who are sure they know all the ins & outs of life, and refuse to believe it when someone tries to set them straight. It's often teenagers, but not always, because even when you're experienced, there are still some areas in which you're ignorant.
You spend your day thinking about many things, but a dishonest person can spend a lot of time coming up with a way to cheat/harm/trick you, along with all the rationale and excuses to fend off your objections or those of caring/thinking people around you. Maybe some,of those girls friends or even adults in their lives tried to set them straight, and were told that they were just trying to ruin their fun and prevent their success.

Put on a condom for pete's sake...get an education at college but lacks common sense, being a teen and having 2 kids already, stop making babies and sort out your life so you can afford to provide for your kids.

My mum was a single mum and she use to take us there to entertain me and my little sister. We would go like once a month and we would spend like 2 hours just walking around and playing with toys that they had out. We never were once bothered for loitering and my mum when she could afford it would shop there. It gave her a much needed break. Some of my best memories were at that store and it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Maybe the dog wasn't in the street. Maybe the dog was in the front yard. Maybe the dog was in the back yard. Maybe the dog was in the living room. Everyone in my neighborhood has lost something - a mail box, fence, car, wall - to these idiots driving faster than their limited skills can handle. Just because the dog was hit by a car doesn't mean either one was actually in the street.
