On the one hand, there's the argument that scientists (even atheist ones) were inspired by God or were instruments in His hands to bring about the miracle of modern medicine and that science is just as much one of God's works as are unexplained miraculous phenomena. On the other hand, a holiday is a holiday whatever the reason. You could have no idea that there even is a holiday and it'd still be a holiday. Of course atheists should also get the day off work! Unless they want to protest religious holidays by continuing to work, but that's their protest to make, not yours to start for them.

If your spouse is cheating they arent gonna tell you. They will lie about it (duh thats why its called cheating). I think the fact that there are nice people out there that will tell someone is the only way people figyre out their spouse is cheating. I would want someone to tell me if my husband ever cheated.

There's a difference between defending and validating. She needs to be held accountable for the assault she committed. But that doesn't mean that she too can't be a victim from a separate incident.
I agree with the article that she shouldn't be an advocate for survivors and in actuality hurts survivors more than helps, but it doesn't invalidate her experience with Harvey Weinstein.

Second, we know we are omnivores for a very simple reason: we can and do eat meat. The digestive tract needed to eat meat is completely different than that needed to eat vegitation, and if we had not evolved to eat meat we would not be able to do so.

First, the top profile is also important. The set on the right would have flattened tops, little bit like our molars. The carnivores’ and omnivores’ teeth are pointed or otherwise designed for cutting through meat rather than mashing vegitation.

Here's a controversial opinion for you-and please remember that I grew up listening to em and for a long time he was one of my idols:
His new album really isn't great. His "Diss" tracks are now mostly just him saying how great he is vs his older tracks that fully unloaded on people and he just seems to have lost the spark that used to get me all hyped anytime I heard a new song.
I love em but I think he's had his time now and needs to give it up before he damages his reputation as GOAT

Right, more sports records DON'T have anything to do with being smarter or not. In fact, the second person is very "non-smart" using those things as an argument against the accusation that having quick information access only appears to make modern kids seem smart.

And as far as more athletic achievements, that points to:
-Better coaching methods (you can break down every movement to milliseconds and analyze)
-Better working and more undetectable drugs
-Finding talent earlier due to,sports being so I,pprtant in many people's lives...at one time, parents didn't go,to,every game a kid had, and now scouts go to see five year olds play.

But they do still "owe" him the free rentals. There's just no way to,collect from a company that doesn't exist. The same with my pension at the company where I worked for 25 years. They went bankrupt, reconstituted under a slightly different name, and are in business again without owing any pension money to,people who had been promised one for years (including pulling the rug out from people already retired). How can you get money from a company that no longer exists?
