Even if you don't say anything there will always be someone who loves you and someone who hates you. If you agree with everyone there will be someone who loves you and someone who hates you. If you just go with the flow there will be someone who loves you and someone who hates you. Even if you keep to yourself as much as you can, and only leave the house when you absolutely have to, there will be someone who loves you and someone who hates you. It simply is not possible to not have someone who loves you and someone who hates you.
