Dude, there are liquor stores everywhere in Utah. Psh. Mormonland.

In Utah we can light fireworks like 4 days before and 4 days after the 4th of July, which I personally hate because it detracts from the 4th, but on top of that, we have Pioneer Day on the 24th and light fireworks then too (it's a state holiday).

That happens all the time in the Kohl's around here, every one of them. Parents just let their kids go to the toy aisle and don't care.
